Materialized in the form of a brooch, an unique accessory for ladies outfit, this piece weighs 11.41 grams, from which 10 grams are made from a special gold 18 k alloy, resistant to temperatures up to 800 degrees Celsius, the melting point of the enamel which is applied for decorative purposes. The manufacturing process involved no less than 90 hours of intricate work, which is easily noticeable, given the perfect details and the exceptional finishing. To decorate the work, the Sabion jewelers used the technique of decorating with hot enamel, which is a procedure that reached perfection in the works of Lalique. In Romania, this technique is used exclusively in the Sabion Manufacture.

HOSPICE Casa Sperantei, an NGO founded in 1992, is the first Romanian charity dedicated to improving the care of terminally ill patients and their families. It offers free-of-charge medical care for patients, social support, psychological, emotional and spiritual counseling for patients and their families. In its 22 years of existence, HOSPICE has brought comfort and hope to more than 14,600 patients. It operates 2 hospice centers in Brasov and Bucharest. The organization also offers training in palliative care to professionals from Romania and abroad.
