The Art & Fashion for Education project invited some of the most interesting Romanian fashion designers to create unique apparels inspired by works of art. The aim of the auction is to raise funds, which will translate into computers, for youngsters with special talents but lacking material means, aged 15-21. The selection process will be helped by an organization involved in education, the Noi Orizonturi Foundation.
Contributing designers: Smaranda Almășan, Andreea Bădală, Lucian Broscățean, Ioana Ciolacu, Andrei Dudău, Răzvan Firea, Olah Gyárfás, Adelina Ivan, Irina Marinescu, Marina Moldovan, Sabina Pop, Lucian Rusu, Carmen Secăreanu.
The project is curated by Pavilion Curatorial Ofﬁce (Răzvan Ion, Eugen Rădescu, Gergő Horváth) with the help of the curatorial consultants Anca Nuță & Noemi Meilman. The auction cover is based on a poster designed by Teoharie Zugravu.
